Registration Fees

All rates are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Please contact the Convention Secretariat should you have any queries regarding registration.

If your organisation registers more than 5 delegates, the sixth and additional delegates will be entitled to a $50 discount per registration at the applicable above rate. Please contact the Convention Secretariat to receive a group registration form to register 5 or more delegates.

*To register as an Emerging Leader you are required to attend the full Emerging Leaders program. You must be an employee of a Customer Owned Banking Institution or a confirmed COBA 2019 sponsor or exhibitor, and you must be 35 years of age or under as at 31 December 2019.

** An Exhibitor pass allows access to the Exhibition only. It does not entitle attendance to any of the Convention Business Sessions.

Note: access to the exhibition halls is only for those individuals registered as a delegate, emerging leader, sponsor, and exhibitor or holding a valid social event ticket. Security will not allow access to the exhibition if you are not displaying a Convention name tag.

Method of Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

Please note, if you elect to pay by Credit Card a 1% surcharge is applicable for all Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards and will be added to the total amount.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received in writing by Tuesday 1 October 2019, will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after Tuesday 1 October 2019 will receive NO refund. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged but must be advised to the Convention Secretariat in writing.
